I began life in the lighting industry in 2013, working on high end residential lighting design projects and becoming LIA accredited. From there I have completed various roles from technical design to business development and sales. I then circled back to residential design in the Cotswolds where I found great satisfaction in working with residential clients again under Andrew Smith Lighting Design.

I started the design consultancy in 2020 and it has grown organically ever since. I bring a well rounded body of knowledge and am confident I can help every client with all their lighting design requirements be it a whole house renovation, new build, exterior lighting project or light spill assessment for an ecologically sensitive planning condition.

I work with a variety of property and construction professionals including architects, interior designers, kitchen designers, electrical contractors, ecologists and developers across the Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire and Cotswolds.
